1. Overview

Due to the custom and non-reversible nature of our intelligence reports, all sales are final. However, we are committed to delivering value and will work to resolve any concerns.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a partial or full refund in the following cases:

  • Delivery failure (we did not deliver within the agreed timeframe)
  • Substantial deviation from the agreed scope without prior notice
  • Technical errors rendering the report unusable

3. Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation.

4. Resolution Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. No Refunds for Completed Work

We do not offer refunds for services already delivered and accepted by the client, unless covered by the exceptions above.
